Change Management: Adaptability is the focus


Change management involves the systematic application of tools and methodologies to guide people through transitions toward a desired outcome. It focuses on adaptability, ensuring that individuals and teams can successfully adapt to changes, whether they are related to technology, processes, or organizational structure. Change management is not to be confused with project management, which primarily deals with the execution of specific tasks within a project. Change management focuses on “go live”, instead, change management looks at the people side of change, addressing their concerns, fears, and the impact changes have on their roles & responsibilities, daily tasks, processes.
